It governs the conduct of all employees, contractors, visitors, and advisory and governing body members at all QMT locations. The Policy applies to all procurement, supplier relationships, and partnerships, including those involving government contracts.
3.Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to:

- Outline how QMT identifies, manages, and reports on CSR and Modern Slavery risks.

6. Modern Slavery Management

Training:
- Annual training for management and procurement staff on identifying modern slavery indicators, ethical sourcing, and reporting obligations.
- Induction training for all new employees on QMT’s CSR and ethical conduct standards.
7. Community Engagement and Giving
QMT supports the communities where we operate by:

8. Monitoring, Reporting and Continuous Improvement

9. Review and Accountability
