Feature Summary

The Accutex AP Series Wire Cut EDM machines are designed for high-precision applications, featuring a high-rigidity structure with a compound table design that minimizes deformation and enhances load capacity.

The series includes a new generation shaft-type linear motor with closed-loop control and 0.1μm resolution linear scale, ensuring backlash-free accuracy and improved cutting efficiency.

The machines are Industry 4.0 compatible, supporting M2M protocol for real-time production and full automation. The ultra-resolution signal processor achieves smoother velocity and stable position control.

The AP Series also offers advanced features such as automatic wire threading, core remove module, and fine wire application for micro-machining.

Optional extras include a rotary table package, high-pressure water jet threading, and remote monitoring. These features make the AP Series a versatile and efficient solution for various industries, including aerospace, medical device manufacturing, and mold & die production.
