The Perfect CNC series surface grinders are designed to deliver precision, efficiency, and reliability in surface grinding applications. These grinders feature an optimized structure analysed using finite element techniques, ensuring machine stiffness and stability for consistent grinding results. The precision spindle design, with a class P4 high precision angular contact bearing, guarantees a run-out accuracy of 2 μm, providing high accuracy grinding and extended spindle life.

Equipped with a 2 axes CNC controller, the Perfect CNC series offers simplified and efficient machine control, enhancing productivity. The AC servo motor and M.P.G. hand wheel for Y & Z axes provide high accuracy and convenient operation, improving grinding performance. Additionally, the stepless variable hydraulic system allows for feed speed adjustment according to the workpiece type, increasing operational convenience and adaptability.
