Rigid Structure, Engineered for Performance
The machine bed is manufactured from best-quality cast iron in an in-house facility and is stress relieved for better thermal stability. The bed is optimised using FEM methodology to ensure best structural rigidity and minimal footprint to save shop floor space. High rigidity of column is achieved through heavy ribbing of the casting and creating an A-shape column base of extra stiffness. The table is specially designed for superior cutting performance with minimum inertia and maximum rigidity, with internal ribbing that makes it suitable for large fixtures.

High-Speed Spindle Technology
The spindle is supported on precise angular contact ball bearings, grease-lubricated for life. Cartridge-type spindle design ensures high rigidity and accuracy and is easy to maintain. It is designed for drill and tap machining as well as for demanding metal removal by milling, taking both axial and radial forces. The BBT-30 interface provides simultaneous taper and face contact for enhanced rigidity.

Rapid Axis Movement
The DTC-350XL delivers rapid traverse rates of 60/60/48 m/min on X/Y/Z axes, while the GV40 gantry variant achieves 50/50/48 m/min with AI servo tuning, feed forward function, and smart spindle load control to ensure high productivity and machining accuracies.

Coolant System Options
Through-coolant increases tool life, allows higher cutting speeds, and clears chips during deep hole drilling. Two systems are available: CTS with Grundfos Pump at 21 bar pressure, and CTS with Wanner Pump at 50 bar pressure. A large capacity chip tray is reliable, trouble free, and easy to maintain.

Quality Assurance at Every Stage
Machine geometric accuracies are fully inspected to assure the highest accuracy standards. A high-precision laser unit is applied for inspecting positioning accuracy and repeatability, and a ball bar tester is used to inspect geometric error and ensure superior circular accuracy through parameter adjustment. Every AMS machine is subject to heavy cut and NAS testing before shipment, combined with proper parameter adjustments to guarantee the best possible cutting quality.
